    DO YOUR METHODS INCLUDE CRYING?

    In the class, we will never ask you to leave baby alone to "cry-it-out"; they are MUCH too young for that.  Neurologically and biologically, they are not developmentally ready for any formal sleep training methods that yield "quick results".  In this class, I'll show you how to gradually help them fall asleep on their own, and meet the daily sleep requirements for optimal growth and development.  Remember I have been in your shoes, and would never recommend anything that I wouldn’t do with my own children. 

    WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

    No more guess work!  Whether you're about to bring baby home, or you've been enjoying your newborn for a few weeks, you'll learn how to put your little one down for sleep, how often to feed them for optimal growth, get baby into the crib without tears, and how you should respond to night wakings!  This course is designed to give you a clear step-by-step plan of how to tackle baby sleep in stages, rather than all at once.  In the course we'll show you how full-term healthy babies can reach 4-6+ hour stretches at night and a drowsy-but-awake putdown as early as the second month of life!     WHAT IS SLEEP SHAPING?

    WILL MY BABY SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT AFTER USING THIS CLASS?
