Waking up early is a super common thing for all babies. This class is for babies ages 5 months to 5 years old.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THIS CLASS?

In this class, we are going to dive into the top reasons early wakings keep happening, AND some solutions you can try at home on your own to begin to see your child sleep in more often. I’m going to tell you the right time to put your child down for the day, how to adjust your schedule so that your child is reaching his or her daily napping minimum, and I’ll even tell you how I got my own daughter to sleep in an extra hour every day with a super quick fix. This class can also be used for Daylight Savings, or the solution to vacationing, moving, or traveling across time zones!

WHAT RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT TO SEE AFTER STARTING?

You’re going to need patience, and to give your babe some grace while working on shifting their tiny internal clocks with this class. Sleep “shaping” is a term we developed after ditching outdated sleep training methods that leave baby alone in the room at bedtime to “figure it out” on their own, which usually results in hours of crying and waking up before 6am.
